MicroDairy Processing System component pricing is as follows:

  • 4 Gallon Table Top Pasteurizer (Includes Chart Recorder and Digital Indicating Thermometers) – $4,900
  • Table Top Add-On Kit (Adds 2 additional vats to the Table Top System for processing consecutive batches more quickly) – $2,500
  • 15 Gallon Vat (can be used as a legal pasteurizer, cheese vat, yogurt vat or “bulk” tank) (includes heater, airspace heater and agitator)   – $6000
  • 30 Gallon Vat (can be used as a legal pasteurizer, cheese vat, yogurt vat or “bulk” tank) (includes heater, airspace heater and agitator) – $9000
  • 45 Gallon Vat (can be used as a legal pasteurizer, cheese vat, yogurt vat or “bulk” tank) (includes heater, airspace heater and agitator) – $12,000
  • 60 Gallon Vat (can be used as a legal pasteurizer, cheese vat, yogurt vat or “bulk” tank) (includes heater, airspace heater and agitator) – $14,000

  • PMO Compliant Digital Indicating Thermometers with Two-Pen Chart Recorder for 15, 30 and 45 gallon vats – $3000
  • PMO Compliant Digital Indicating Thermometers with Two-Pen Chart Recorder and Tilt Control for 60 gallon  and 99 gallon vats – $3600
  • Sanitary Tube Pump (used to pump product in/out of vat, circulate chilling medium, fill cups or bottles) – $2000

System Pricing Examples:

A basic system including a 15 gallon vat, digital indicating thermometers, chart recorder and a sanitary tube pump costs $11,000.

A complete system including a 15 gallon vat, digital indicating thermometers, chart recorder, sanitary tube pump, chiller and bottle and cup filler/capper/sealer costs $14,500.

 

Cheese Equipment Pricing:

  • 3 ft Stainless Steel Drain Table with Casters – $1900   – Optional Middle Drain Shelf – $350
  • 5 ft Stainless Steel Drain Table with Casters – $2200   – Optional Middle Drain Shelf – $400
  • Stainless Steel Lever Arm Press with 1 Arm – $500   – Optional 2nd Arm – $150
  • Powder Coated 25 lb Lever Press Weight – $75

Lead Times:

Equipment is built to order and our typical lead time is 8-12 weeks for full systems.

Lead time varies from season to season.

Some components such as pumps, bottle fillers and Table Top Pasteurizers have shorter lead times.

 

Payment Terms and conditions:

50% Deposit, Balance Due at delivery
We offer a 6% discount for payment in full at the time of order
