Table Top Pasteurizer

  • A legal 4 gallon pasteurizer (3-A Approved) available with either 110V or 220V heating elements
  • PMO compliant 2 pen chart recorder with digital indicating thermometers, airspace heater, agitator, temperature controller
  • Heating/Cooling tank with circulation pump for cooling milk after pasteurization
  • We also have an available add-on kit that includes 2 extra vats so that you can be processing 3 vats one right after the other, i.e. preheating in one, pasteurizing in another and cooling in the third. With this approach you may be able to do an additional 4 gallon batch every 45 to 60 minutes after the first batch is completed.

We are committed to simplifying the process of starting a small creamery by supplying a full complement of equipment where the components work together to provide the ability to process a wide variety of dairy products. Small scale, value added processors must be prepared to respond quickly to the market; that is one of the key advantages we have over larger processors. Your equipment must provide you with that capability.

Who is using this system?

Some of our customers are people who dreamed of being farmers but discovered that the conventional commodity agricultural model is no longer economically sustainable…and requires a very large initial investment. Some of our customers have a passion for producing healthy and delicious food for themselves and their neighbors. Some of our customers love animals and were looking for a career where they could put that love to use. Some of our customers have developed great marketing skills and wanted to apply those talents to their own ventures. Some of our customers just want to actually make something themselves. We have observed two exciting and converging trends driving the growth of the “micro” dairy industry. The first is that there are many people who have a desire to produce great artisan-style food. The second is that many people want to know where their food comes from and who produced it. In addition, they crave the variety of tastes that are not available on the typical supermarket shelf.
